Djordjevic Imperial Foundation was established by Prof. Dr. Dejan Djordjevic to support education, healthcare, and social progress. We believe lasting change begins when knowledge, care, and opportunity reach the communities that need them most.

The Founder
Founder and President
Prof. Dr. Dejan Djordjevic
University professor and businessman. Born in 1971 in Leskovac, Serbia, where he completed primary school and high school. He graduated from the Reserve Officers’ School in Zadar and earned degrees from both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Medicine.
He defended his master’s thesis titled “Joining the European Union” and his doctoral dissertation “Determinants for the Study of the European Union,” earning the academic titles of Master and then Doctor of Legal Sciences. He was elected twice to the rank of Assistant Professor, and later to the rank of University Professor. He is the author of numerous scholarly papers, books, and the political program “Program 100.” He has also served as a university rector.

Medicine & insurance leadership
Began his career at a clinic in Kassel. Shortly after completing his studies, he was asked to manage a health insurance fund serving insurers including Deutsche Ring, AXA, and Allianz.
2008Germany
Vice President, ASC Plc
Joined ASC Plc as Vice President, focusing on medical consulting and investment funds in pension, health, and life insurance — while serving on boards of multinational companies.
2014Zurich
Best Top Manager
In November 2014, he received the award for Best Top Manager in business consulting — recognition of a career built across medicine, insurance, and international advisory work.

Invited by the Austrian Government via the Austrian Business Agency to participate in Austria’s economic growth from Vienna. Later invited into the Best Consultant award process presented by former German President Christian Wulff with Top Consult.

Investment & sport
Invested repeatedly in Serbia, founding companies and creating jobs. In 2004, as a former athlete, he became vice president, general manager, and co-financier of a football club.

University & public life
Became owner and rector of Megatrend University (€56.1M acquisition). Member of the Orthodox Academy of Sciences and first president of KRST, advocating healthcare, justice, and economic reform.
